Noting that cousin Vessiliana has stepped out, I head out into the city as well. Being this far from the sea makes me restless and I hope to find some solace among the busy crowds. Perhaps the chaos of the marketplace will sooth me. I ask the nearest person the way to the marketplace.

"Well, there are two main markets," a man says, "the Forum market, which is just on the other side of the temples here, and the Tendora Market, which is down the Tendora Road Market in the south of the city, near the Circus."

Which would you recommend? Which one is busier at this time of day?

"The Forum market is closer and certainly busier right now, since the Festival is in full swing. Anything a young, pretty man like you could ever need, if you got coin!"

“Many thanks sir (I hand him 2 silver) and may the storm not blow too strongly on you!” With that, Cian strolls to the nearest market to see what may be bought.

The market is huge. It contains many kinds of shops, selling food, spices, shoes, wool, and books. There are barber shops and blacksmiths. Part of the market next to the main market is a huge meat and cattle market, but there are other areas selling luxury goods from all over Norivea.
But you notice this is more than just a market. You see businessmen negotiating deals as they stand in small circles. You see moneychangers and moneylenders, too.

I scan the crowd for anyone with whom I might have something in common: an Eluniana, a follower of Abrexa of any stripe (including psionicists and druids). Any likely candidates?

You see a young man with a long black hair and pale skin. He wears a crown of holly, holds a staff of yew in his left hand, and wears a tunic, breeches, and boots with caked mud on them. He is standing at a herbalist's shop, and in his right hand rests and open pouch, the contents of which the herbalist is inspecting for possible purchase.

Do I recognize anything about him? Is he religiously affiliated?

He is a druid, from a far-off land. You don't know his race.

That is super intriguing. I approach and attempt to enter into conversation with him. "Greetings follower of Abrexa and Alaxton. What brings you to Nirrion?" (I attempt to turn on the charm to get a positive reaction.)

He turns to you in surprise, halting what he was saying to the merchant. (Roll a CHA check.)

The druid was about to be annoyed at being interrupted, but when he sees how beautiful you are, his countenance softens. "Greetings, priest of..." He looks you over in confusion, but then he sees your holy symbol. "...of Abrexa! Forgive me, I do not recognize your vestments."

"Perhaps you are not familiar but I am of the Path of Storms. What brings you to Nirrion?"
