Cian is interested in seeking out a temple of Abrexa. Is there such in this city? He is eager to learn more of his god and faith and his experience in Nirrion left a bad taste.

Of course there is a temple of Abrexa, and you are granted immediate and free access. You understand at first glance at the trappings and symbols that this temple follows Abrexa as agricultural goddess.

It’s probably useless but I look for anyone from the Path of Storms. If I don’t see anyone like that I’ll engage in conversation with anyone else to ascertain if they have any idea what’s happening.
Are priests of the path of the storm more solitary? Are some temples devoted to path of storms or not so much?

Most temples of Abrexa are the harvest temples. Storm temples are more likely to double as lighthouses, and you learn from the Harvest priests here that there is a mighty lighthouse on a small island in the bay, if you'd like to go there.

I'd love to visit there. I came to Abrexa without formal training, right? or not?

Cian wishes to visit the lighthouse again if there is time. He’d like to discuss what happened with the horn with Kha.

You return, and when you walk through the open portal now covered in snow, high priest Kha stops you in the sanctuary with upraising hands, palms outward. Lightning crackles between his outstretched fingers. "Begone from here, you apostate! You have released the Chaos from the outer void into Kailos!"

“Please, you must talk with me and help me understand. I have always sought to serve Abrexa and the Path of Storms!”

Presumably Aethyl will also want to return with Cian and, I daresay, Mairwyn may also want to get in some quality fishing time, now that we don't have that horn to worry about. ;-)

Is Cian allowing Aethyl to accompany him to the lighthouse? (I need to know this before I continue.)

Yes, I see no reason to bar them coming as I just thought I’d be having a conversation with the high priest.

Then Aethyl sees this utter rejection of Cian by the stormbringer priest and is in no way surprised.
The priest stares at Cian with open hatred shining in his eyes, with sneering lip, and cries out, "Begone from this place! You are no brother of ours. You are our enemy, and if you did not have the Mark upon your flesh, I would surely slay you where you stand."

(Unless Mairwyn was specifically invited, she is busy with her own affairs. Did Aethyl ask her to come? She would if he mentioned it.)

Do I understand what he means by “the Mark”?

The indelible mark in your flesh, the one Aethyl mentioned again and again to you, you expect...
